HOW WE WORK

A good project
has a plan and clear ownership.

We work in cycles that bring together assessment, implementation and a shared review. You know what we’re doing, who owns each task and how we decide on the next steps.

HOW WE WORK

90 days with a plan.
Every step matters.

Assessment, implementation and a shared review of the results. You know the priorities, the scope of work and what comes next.

DAYS 1–10

Assessment and measurement

We review your goals, data and starting point. We agree on success measures and priorities.

DAYS 11–30

Preparation and launch

We improve tracking and make the first changes. We prepare your campaigns and reporting dashboard.

DAYS 31–60

Implementation and testing

We test ads, content and customer journeys. We review lead quality and results.

DAYS 61–90

Review and next steps

We compare the results with the starting point and decide what to develop in the next quarter.

CLEAR PRINCIPLES

You know what to expect.

Your accounts and data belong to you

Your advertising accounts, analytics, domains, dashboards and materials remain yours. At the end of our work, we hand over the documentation and access details.

We set out the costs before we start

We list management fees, advertising spend, setup, tools, production and major implementation work separately. You know what’s included and how additional work is agreed.

Our reports are easy to understand

We show what we’ve done, what has changed and what comes next. We discuss the limits of the data and the decisions together.

We agree on how we’ll work together

We propose a paid setup phase and at least 3 months of testing, followed by an ongoing agreement with one month’s notice. The proposal sets out the details.

We measure what matters

For e-commerce, we assess measures such as margin, revenue and acquisition cost. For B2B, we look at lead quality, opportunity value and progress through the sales process.

We define responsibilities

We agree on who is responsible for the website, pricing, product availability, creative assets and data. We account for the impact of any constraints on results.

WORKING WITH US: YOUR QUESTIONS

Let’s cover the essentials.

I don’t know where to start. Can you help?

Yes. You don’t need to know the tools or have a plan ready. In our first free consultation, we’ll get to know your business and your goal, then agree on a sensible first step. The call lasts 30 minutes.

Do I have to choose a full package straight away?

You can start with a single service, such as managing ads, organising your data or improving your website. We’ll tailor the scope to the problem you want to solve. A full package is one of the options.

Is the audit free?

The first consultation is free. An in-depth audit is a paid service. Before we start, we’ll agree on what we’ll check and the cost. Afterwards, we’ll discuss the recommendations and the order of the next steps.

What happens in the first 90 days?

First, we’ll review your current situation and agree on the priorities. Then we’ll make changes and test how they work. Finally, we’ll review the results together and decide what to develop next. At every stage, you know what we’re doing and what comes next.

Do you guarantee sales growth or Google rankings?

We don’t guarantee a specific increase in sales or a Google ranking, because these also depend on the market, your offer and your competitors. We agree on the scope of work, review the results and explain what would benefit from improvement or further development.

Is advertising spend included in the management fee?

These are two separate costs. You pay the advertising budget directly to platforms such as Google or Meta. You pay us for managing the ads, making ongoing improvements and reviewing results within the agreed scope. We’ll set out this breakdown clearly before we start.

How often will we review progress?

In our meetings, we discuss what we’ve done and what we’re planning next. Launch includes a monthly meeting, Growth every two weeks and Scale weekly. With Enterprise, we agree on the meeting schedule individually.

Will I understand the report if I don’t know much about marketing?

Yes. You don’t need to know industry jargon. We’ll show you how many purchases or enquiries we can link to our activities. We’ll explain what has changed, what we’ve done and what the next step should be. We review the report together, with time for your questions.

Can we use performance-based pricing?

We can agree on a model with a fixed fee for our work and an additional bonus for an agreed result. Before we start working together, the proposal or contract will define the result and how the bonus is calculated.
