Do you replace our internal IT team?
We can own an agreed area or complement your existing team. We do not assume that current suppliers need to change.
Can you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We agree the monthly scope, priorities and how tasks are submitted. Any SLA or out-of-scope work is agreed separately.
