We use enquiries to reply and discuss working together. OVHcloud provides hosting and business email. Google Analytics 4 is optional and only starts after your consent.
1. Who is your data controller?
The controller is Laboratorium Zysków sp. z o.o., ul. Ferdynanda Magellana 12/5, 51-505 Wrocław, Poland. NIP 8952307951, KRS 0001262155, REGON 545532947. Contact: kontakt@oxymetrics.pl.
2. What data do we process?
Browsing sends the server technical information required to display the website, including IP address, requested URL and browser information. OVHcloud keeps technical connection and error logs to maintain the service and detect abuse.
The contact form sends your name, email address, optional company name and phone number, selected area and message to WordPress for delivery through OVHcloud email to kontakt@oxymetrics.pl. The form does not store a copy in the WordPress database. Providing contact details is voluntary but necessary for a reply.
Pricing calculations and package selection happen in your browser. We do not store the amounts you enter. A contact link may carry the name of the selected package or audit.
3. Why do we process data?
- Handling correspondence and business enquiries: our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Preparing an offer at your request when you would be a party to the agreement: pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Maintaining the website, diagnosing errors, preventing abuse and establishing or defending claims: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Optional website analytics: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing messages. There is no newsletter on this website.
4. How long is data retained?
We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter and agreed follow-up. Relevant evidence may be retained until applicable limitation periods expire or proceedings conclude. Technical hosting logs follow OVHcloud’s retention cycle. We do not create an additional archive; records needed to investigate an incident are kept until it is resolved or relevant claims expire.
Amounts entered into the calculator are not stored. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to 180 days; you can delete them through your browser settings.
In Google Analytics 4, retention of user-level and event-level data on Google’s servers is set to 2 months. Resetting user-data retention on new activity is turned off. Data covered by this setting is deleted in Google’s monthly processing cycle. The same limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports and is separate from the lifetime of cookies in your browser.
5. Who receives data?
The controller and authorised people handling your enquiry can access it. OVHcloud provides hosting and business email. The contact form runs on our WordPress server and is not connected to an external CRM. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities where needed to protect our rights or meet legal obligations.
After analytics consent, Google also receives data through Google Analytics 4. This can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its safeguards in its data transfer frameworks and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and website usage. The analytics script is only loaded after you consent. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings”. Refusal does not restrict content or the contact form.
After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_ cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions, for up to 180 days without renewal on subsequent visits. Usage data can include pages visited, browser and device details, website interaction events. We do not send form contents or email addresses to analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser for 180 days to remember your decision. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. There are no embedded maps, videos or third-party chat widgets. Hosting may generate technical aggregate server statistics.
Form protection uses a hidden field and submission limits. Counters limit submissions to 5 attempts within 30 minutes and use a keyed hash of the IP address to prevent abuse; they do not contain message contents. WordPress may use technical cookies for administrator login. Cookies and local data can be deleted in browser settings.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact us using the details in section 1. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO. This website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. The calculator provides indicative costs, not an individual client decision.
8. Changes
We update this policy when website features or data processing change. The current version is available at this address.
